Instructions for Juice Cleanse

CLEANSE INSTRUCTIONS:


Start your first day with some water or water with lemon to get things moving faster.


Throughout the day, drink water and herbal teas, as much as you like.
Wait at least one hour between juices.

Try to drink your Juices in the following order:
This is just a guideline.

Level One (Beginner)
Morning
(2) SUN SALUTATION (Organic Carrot, Organic Apple, Beet, Ginger)
Lunch/Afternoon
(2) FIVE-A- DAY (Kale, Organic Carrot, Organic Apple, Beet, Cucumber)
Afternoon/ Evening
(2) TONIC (Organic Apple, Organic Carrot, Celery)

 

Level Two (Intermediate)
“You are getting the groove on”. You have passed the test! You can handle more Greens at this
point. We are here for you!
Morning
(2) PURIFIER (Organic Carrot, Beet, Celery)
Lunch/ Afternoon
(2) DAILY DETOX (Organic Carrot, Celery, Lemon, Ginger)
Afternoon/Evening
(2) GREEN OF THE DAY (Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Organic Apple, Organic Carrots)

 

Level Three (Pro)
More Greens! Greens! Greens! I have worked my way to the top!
Morning
(2) DAILY DETOX (Organic Carrot, Celery, Lemon, Ginger)
Lunch/ Afternoon/Evening
(4) GREEN OF THE DAY (Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Organic Apple, Organic Carrots)

 

* Finish the last bottle at least two hours before you sleep.



Your last day! You made it!

 

How to come out of this and maintain the results of all your hard work?
Cut down coffee, dairy and meat. Your body will crave those much less anyways after the Cleanse.
Use common sense, try not to eat anything from a package = processed.
Eat real food, lost of greens!
Repeat the Nectar Cleanse once a month at least for 1 day to maintain the results!

Tips on taking your detox process to the next level:

Take a yoga class, stretch, relax and feel great.
